CANCELLATION POLICY

You must give us 24 hours notice for cancellation of your spray tan if you wish to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service in order to continue booking. If you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay for the service IN FULL in order to re-book. Please note that cancellations can only be done via text or by speaking to your technician. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.
